You won’t only be relaxing during the creation and coordination process of the planning, but you will also be able to sit back and relax during the actual event as well!

Creation & Coordination

Don’t have time for all the back and forth phone calls and constant meetings? We got you covered! With the “Creation & Coordination” package you will get the perks of everything that comes in the “Just Imagine” package and more! Not only will we come up with the magic that will put your event over the top, but we will also take care of getting a team together to bring that magic to life - bibbidi-bobbidi-boo!

Included in the “Creation & Coordination” Package:

• Free consultation to discuss the events main details and provide a quote

• Location scope to establish full event set up

• In-Depth meeting to go over the event theme and details

• Vision board creation

• 4 hours of communication for styling/planning

• Coordinate vendors that will implement the styling ideas

• Remain in communication with vendors throughout the planning process and day-of event to ensure proper execution of event design

Day Of Coordination

This package is for those who have all of their event details down, all designs complete, and all vendors booked. This is the perfect package for those who have done all of the prep work but still would like someone present on the day of to ensure that the event runs smooth. During special occasions all family members and friends should be enjoying the day rather than running around working the event. If you’re looking for day of assistance, this is the right choice for you!

Included in the Day Of Coordination package:

• In depth consultation to review the details of the event

• Act as point of contact on the day of the event

• Create day of event timeline

• Create vendor set up schedule and contact sheet

• Greet guests as they arrive

• Assist with assigned seating if applicable

• 10 hours of on-site day of coordination to ensure every detail is executed properly

• Assist with entrances - if applicable to event

• Assist with timeliness of event schedule (cake cutting, speeches, coordinated dances, etc.)

• Coordinate distributions of any day of vendor payments

Just Imagine

Need a creative visual on your side? Looking to make your event stand out from the rest but don’t necessarily need a full time event planner? This package is for you! The “Just Imagine” package is designed for those who have the time to attend all vendor meetings and keep track of coordinating vendors themselves but who need help giving their event an extra oomph! Working with a professional creative stylist will give your event the originality it needs!

Included in the “Just Imagine” Package:

• Free Consultation to discuss the events main details

• One in-depth meeting to go over the theme and details of the event

• Location scope to establish full event set up

• Vision board creation to give vendors a pictorial image of what to bring to life

• Vendor Recommendations
